It is an ongoing "yes, I see you", "I am here" as a vibrational reassurance.

The trials within yourself, a bond and the totality of humanity.

Trusting in your Inner Self means living without freezing in fear.

It means being Radically intimate and honest with what is alive, your purpose and even the biggest fear of many: death.
An incredible testament to the power of Divine Love, is when we are held in the midst of uncertainty, sorrow or confusion.

Macro: The bigger picture of this human experience. The eternal scale. The "Golden Thread".

Micro: Your inner relationship with confidence, ease, clarity, wisdom and the pure presence in your unique essence.

Relational: When you vibrate in trust, life's unfoldings aren't resisted. You have Harmony. You allow for other people's timings & expressions, without abandoning yourself.

Emotional: Your relationship to struggle shifts. Energy moving isn't stopped, controlled or forced, but seen as a truly intelligent process that is so perfectly timed with a divine rythm.

Comfort in the discomfort.

When our nervous system isn't embodying trust, we are always in a state of survival. 
What if I..? What should I do? What can I micromanage? Will this stop? Can I make it?

You find stress. You fill up empty spaces and silence, using your energy in a way that is only temporarily "wise", while your spirit is depleted from resisting an opportunity.

Internal resentment builds. You very likely doubt or are obsessed with the future and question your mere existence and worth. You may be trying to get others to understand you, or to like you, just so you feel like you are belong and not broken, not alone.

This is about being encompassed by compassion through transitorial intensity.
The groundedness, realness, and silent yet powerful radiance that emerge from this process are invaluable.

This is where we meet, from within first.
